It Took 2 Years to Build This Massive Jungle Aquarium
When I broke the 350 gallon paludarium back in 2022, I didn't expect it to take this long to replace. I had a very specific aesthetic that took awhile to craft and time got the best of me. I also wanted to let it season for a good while before showing it here. There's more to come and this tank is not what it appears to be.
A huge thanks to everyone who helped make this build possible. As stated in the video, I received products for free to make this, but none of that included paid promotions or endorsements. I left all their links below.

These Tiny Frogs Shouldn’t Exist (200 Days of Life)
Просмотров 178 тыс.День назад
The last time I raised a tadpole into a frog was over 17 years ago! I've been wanting to do it again for years and finally gave it another try when an opportunity arose. I did not expect this journey to be as emotional as it was, but I stand by what I said in the video. Trial and hardship tend to make good things better - introducing Mango and Kiwi (and Mark)! Nano Eco Cube (Cheap & Easy DIY Paludarium)
Просмотров 131 тыс.14 дней назад
I enjoy creating and sharing nature designs, but there’s often a perception that they’re always expensive. Although that’s the case in some instances, it’s not the norm for me. DIYing, working with what I have, and buying things on sale help me do things cost-effectively. In this one, I wanted to share how it’s possible to make a paludarium of all things with minimal materials, simple technique...
Firewood Made an Incredible Aquascape? Yes.
Просмотров 149 тыс.21 день назад
I thoroughly enjoy creating nature designs. There's an aspect to that I find exceptionally fun - using unexpected materials in a unique way, in this case, firewood. It’s something I’ve been considering for a few weeks now, and had to make it happen. I knew I’d like this design, but I DID NOT expect to enjoy it this much. These logs truly made for a unique and incredible scape. Don’t you think? ...
Easy IKEA Jungle Box (DIY Greenhouse)

I've made plenty of IKEA projects before, and we thought it was time for another. Well, actually, it was my wife's idea. A few months back, I had to get glass for an aquarium when she said, "Can you make a display case vivarium like the one from before? I want something cool for the living room." I’ve been sitting on this Milsbo Case ever since and haven’t had the time to make it until now. It ...

I can't believe I’ve had Walnut, the Loggerhead Musk Turtle, for nine months. Time flies! He’s been a great addition to the animal room and an awesome turtle in general. Since then, he’s been living in a 40 gallon tank, but that was never the long-term plan. I’ve wanted to move him into a 75 gallon pretty much since the beginning, but it wasn’t available. It recently cleared up, though, so the ...

I've been getting requests to do a Vampire Crab build for years! It's something I've wanted to do, but I held off until the time was right. I've been trying to get them since last year, but they haven't been available until early last month. I've been building the colony since and am happy to have finally finished their new home. I'm so glad to have finally done this and I'm excited to share mo...
Easy to Make Two Running Waterfalls Terrarium

I've made several waterfall terrariums over the years, but none have been “easy to make.” I set out to make a more accessible version of this style of build using fewer materials and simple techniques. I still wouldn't consider this to be a beginner build, but I think it could be easily replicated with a little practice and finesse. I'm really pleased with how it turned out, though, and I hope ...

Definitive Guide to Growing Houseplants in an Aquarium

Idk if anyone can answer this but if I have a 10gal planted tank (with nano fish and shrimp) with activ flora for substrate and I used purified gallon bottled water for the tank. Will me using seachem flourish be adequate in adding the different minerals to the tank that are lost from using purified water when doing water changes?

I loved this one sooo much. Aquariums are my favourite. I've had one for a while, but It's probably the most simple boring one ever(3 guppies lol) I'm hoping to put together a planted aquarium with guppies, swordtails and some kinda catfish, and Buce Plants sounded like such a perfect place to get plants, but they dont ship to Australia!! I'm soooo sad!. Gotta find a different place to get them

We had about 150 eggs hatch after two days and 117 froglets with minimum tadpole deaths. Tadpoles turned to frogs within a month. Pretty good survival rate. And a heck of a lot of frogs. But our environment for our new green tree frogs is substantially larger than that and they eat like champs.

What an inspirational video! Watching your videos are peaceful, relaxing and most of the time for me and my GF, very inspirational. This video moved me so many times, and I had those little heart flutters we get when we are so in awe of what we are witnessing many times from this video. I could see the passion of years of dreaming finally coming together, and it was beautiful. I'm working towards my own goals at the moment, but this is what an end game would look like for me. This oasis of peace is simply astonishing, truly a beautiful work of art. The whole project, from each toil and problem. The final picture at the end, being framed hung up on the wall. Chefs kiss.

Some of what you're doing here is painful and i wonder if the intention was just some advertisement and content as opposed to a genuine interest in the hobby and the quality of the life given to those animals. No QT was conducted (and your actual QT wont work, disease will linger in all that rock and substrate), your pouring solution directly into the display tank, you never cycled the tank and you did no water tests (the later was a recipe for disaster). The list could go on but as someone who has literally just finished the cycle on his first tank i could see the problems you'd set yourself up for... i wont be adding corals until the tanks at least 5/6 months old and the biology and water has settled. Freshwater is terrible forgiving, water parameters are easier to maintain and involve little "wet work", if the intention was purely content then i hope you pulled the tank down because one has to devote a great deal of time to have a successful reef tank.

1:58 LMAO Tanner's blip into existence 2:08 as the profile pic for the channel killed me. Honestly I think the cameraman is at least half right; I think it'd be super cool to see you proudly in front of one of your beautiful setups as the official pfp - but I think his point was actually the clear look of joy / relief / happiness in your expression exactly at 2:03, as that's typically my expression while watching your new uploads haha. Love the art Serpa, you're killin' it!

Damn, first tank and he gets one of the masters of Coral to give him everything he needs.... sick life!! You should really be QT those livestock though, and dipping the corals. If you get something in the tank and realize a week down the line its too late, you could end up stripping down the tank and waiting 3 months before you can reset the whole thing up again. And you should have cycled this tank for at least 14 days (regular testing) to ensure the nitrogen cycle was complete, kinda mean to force the fish to suffer and you could have wiped those corals with fluctuating water parameters. Edit- Seen your catch up video, everything above came true lol
